 SEPCA Sub-Board on Community Policing SBCP Community Policing is a international term of police - citizen partnership and therefore, the SBCP aims on organizing an annual forum to receive countries reports of achieve results of implementing community policing standards and principles. The Annual Forum has been allowed by its institutional partner country Switzerland to award a SEPCA member country for achieved results of implementing community policing. The OSCE Handbook on Public - Police Partnership has been a guideline for SBCP activities. SBCL has been chaired by Croatia. |
