 SEPCA Sub-Board on Harmonization Legislation SBHL SBHL aims to create a regional network of legal experts in the region to discuss national legislation related on public security finding development steps required. The Board also intends to support the PCC implementation supporting the activities of the DCAF's Ljubljana situated PCC Secretariat and to harmonize legislation with support of the Ministers of Interior towards EU standards. SBHL has been chaired by Romania. |
