 Since the year 1984, Mr. Bezovsky has been working for the Bulgarian Police Services where he specialised, as Head of Department, on illegal drug trafficking and on detecting illegal production. He has also been representing the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior in Athens for a period of three years. His background is focused on legal affairs; he holds a Degree from the Moskow Academy of Interior Affairs. Mr. Stanislav Bezovsky is today working as Executive Secretary of SEPCA where his tasks are mainly to co-ordinate and supervise the activities related to the Association among all SEPCA members.

Iliyana Kirova

Ms. Kirova has an extended work experience in the field of EU project management and International accountancy regulations. For several years, she worked for multinational companies in Bulgaria. Recently, Iliyana joined SEPCA to take the post of Chief Financial Officer. Her main tasks are focused on accounting management as well as on following up the expenses related to the Executive Secretariat and SEPCA list of projects.

Olga Yoncheva

 Before joining SEPCA Ms. Yoncheva worked as technical project coordinator of EU-funded projects. She has also experience as a Legislative assistant in the Bulgarian parliament conducting research at the request of legislative committees. Ms Yoncheva has interned in the Bulgarian embassy in People’s Republic of China. For two years she worked as an assistant under project “Citizen Participation in the Legislative Process” conducted in Bulgaria by the Common cause foundation. Ms. Yoncheva has also a 2-year journalistic experience. In 2005-2006 she volunteered as a civil observer under a “Community policing” project, undertaken by Open Society Institute-Sofia, Bulgarian police and Sofia municipality.
